Participants get hands-on practice on topics including cuts and bruises, burns, choking, head bumps, nose bleeds, febrile seizures, and more. We will also discuss the emergency medical services in Amstelveen and participants can practice CPR with infant- and child-sized CPR mannequins.This Workshop is perfect for parents of infants and small children, expectant parents, babysitters, teens who want to babysit, and other adults who are often around infants and young children.The goal of this Workshop is to prepare participants with knowledge and skills so they feel more confident when responding to an accident or emergency. This workshop is given in English with the addition of commonly used medical and health terms in Dutch :)Duration: 2 hoursCost: €65 per personInfants in carriers or arms are welcome.
